作为一名语文老师，最开心的莫过于，在广袤的知识海洋里，给学生播下一颗小小的中资，没听精心呵护，辛苦耕耘，给他施肥、浇水，看着他茁壮成长。
想想当初刚刚晋身为一名语文老师的时候，内心也是感到非常的迷茫，语文的世界浩瀚无边，看到讲台下学生一双手明亮清澈的眼睛，仿佛是渴望雨水滋润的小树苗，内心平添了几分勇气。这次在华扬的学习给我们的语文教学提供了更加广阔的天地和美好的图景。这几天的行程安排的非常充实，从早到晚都是各种专家讲座，各个名校的老师经验分享，根据这几天的学习，我进行了归纳整理，体会如下：
第一、量少质更高
作为一个年轻老师，尤其是刚踏上工作岗位的新老师，拿到教材后都或多或少有些迷茫，不知道该教什么、怎么教、教材这么编写的意图是什么。现在教材经过几轮改革之后，在课文数目上删减了一些，但实际上教学任务本没有减少，反而这样对我们老师的教学要求更高。
第二、多读书、读好书
俗话说“腹有诗书气自华”，枣庄三中附小的谢老师的分享了“多读书、读好书”的经验，使我很受启发：根深才能叶茂，厚积才能薄发。作为一名语文老师，平时应该多读书，努力提高自己的文学素养，把语文教育融入生活的方方面面，带动更多的学生热爱阅读；另外，读书时应该养成记笔记的习惯，留心读书中遇到的好词好句或者写下自己的感悟和体会，在班级里开展读书交流活动。
第三、课堂展示，声情并茂
黄路小学的吴老师给我们演示了一节作文课----写人记事，由身边的一个小东西回想起旧事，由旧事引发一段情，旨在让学生在写作中写出真情实感。他们和我们用的教材一样，都是教育部审定的人教版小学语文（备课资料参考）教材，整个ppt设计的非常精美，和教案配合的很不错，胡老师整堂课非常的亲切流畅，与学生的互动性也非常好。
非常感谢这次的学习经历，我从名师讲课的过程中体会到了生动自然的教学风格给学生带来的美感。在今后的工作中我会根据自己的不足努力改进。
